MAJLA

About us

We create clarity, and turn it into impact.

MAJLA is a registered Saudi company headquartered in Riyadh, providing integrated solutions in events, media production, digital marketing and communications.

Why MAJLA?

The events, content, campaign and communications needs of large organisations are often spread across several vendors, with different voices, schedules and responsibilities. MAJLA was set up to bring this work into one system: one message, defined responsibilities, and one shared plan.

We believe impact is not measured by the size of an event or the number of posts, but by the clarity of the idea, the discipline of delivery, and an organisation’s ability to be seen, understood and trusted.

The meaning of the name

“Majla” (مجلى) comes from the Arabic root «جلا»: to polish, reveal and clarify; a “majla” is a place where something appears in full clarity. That is our work: helping an organisation and its idea appear in the clearest possible light.

Vision

To be the partner that government entities, large companies and non-profit organisations rely on for their events, content, campaigns and communications.

Mission

To deliver integrated solutions that begin with strategy and end in measurable impact, with creative quality and disciplined execution.

Who we work for

Government entities

Conferences, events and official launches, and institutional communications, with documented handovers and written responsibilities.

Large companies

Events, exhibitions, media production and digital campaigns consistent with the company’s identity, with scope, schedule and costs approved in writing before work starts.

Non-profit organisations

Events, communications programmes and content, plus partnership building, sponsorships and resource development.

How we work

From planning to delivery.

Five phases with defined outputs: understand, strategise, create, deliver, measure. We move from one phase to the next after reviewing its outputs with the client.

  • 01

    Understand

We start by listening and reading the organisation, its goals, audiences and its institutional and competitive context.

    • A written brief
    • Stakeholder map
    • Initial indicators
  • 02

    Strategise

We turn the goal into a message, workstreams, a plan, a budget and a timeline.

    • Strategy document
    • Delivery plan and schedule
    • Roles and responsibilities matrix
  • 03

    Create

We design the idea, identity, content and experience, and present them for review and approval.

    • Creative concepts
    • Sample materials
    • Written approval
  • 04

    Deliver

We produce, launch and manage, with weekly follow-up and management of risks and changes.

    • Final materials
    • Progress reports
    • Decision and change log
  • 05

    Measure

We review results against the agreed indicators, document the lessons and recommend the next step.

    • Impact report
    • Lessons learned
    • Recommendations for the next phase

How we control quality

A named lead

Each project has a named person accountable to the client.

Review gates

Each phase’s outputs are approved in writing before the next begins.

Documentation

Meetings and key decisions are documented, and deliverables and their format are agreed with the client.

Confidentiality

Client information is treated as confidential, and a non-disclosure agreement can be signed at the client’s request.

Suppliers and partners

Where specialist suppliers are needed, each party’s role and responsibility for delivery are set out in the project agreement.

This describes our working method; contractual commitments are set out in each project’s agreement.

Values

Clarity

We choose the clearest word and the simplest decision.

Craft

Quality in the details is part of the message.

Accountability

We set out scope, schedule and cost precisely, and manage any change by agreement with the client.

Integrity

We do not claim what we cannot substantiate.

Growth

We learn from every project and carry it to the next.

What we are, and what we are not

  • An integrated solutions company for events, media production, digital marketing and communications.
  • A partner that starts with strategy before production.
  • A way of working based on documentation, confidentiality of information and project governance.
  • We are not simply a social-media account manager.
  • We do not promise results that cannot be measured.

Work and achievements are published on this site only once documented and approved by their owners.
