1. Who we are
This website is operated by MAJLA (مجلى). For privacy enquiries: info@majla.sa.
2. Data we collect
The website currently has no data-collection forms, uses no advertising or tracking cookies, and loads no third-party fonts. Pages are delivered through the Cloudflare network, which may process temporary technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to operate and protect the site.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure site performance, visit counts and the most viewed pages in aggregate. For this a small script is loaded from static.cloudflareinsights.com and sends Cloudflare page-load and page-experience metrics (such as Core Web Vitals) and general usage information, such as the page requested. According to Cloudflare, this tool does not use cookies or browser local storage, does not fingerprint users or track individuals across sites, and does not log query strings in page addresses. Cloudflare keeps the raw data for about 7 days and then reduces it to aggregated data. We do not use this data for advertising and do not link it to any visitor’s identity. We have configured the tool to exclude visitors from the European Union, for whom the script is not loaded. You can prevent it from loading with a content-blocking extension in your browser without affecting how the site works.
When you email us we receive what you write, your email address and any attachments you send.
3. How we use your data
We use your messages to reply to you, assess your request and communicate about a potential project. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.
4. Service providers
We rely on Cloudflare to host and secure the site and to measure its usage (Web Analytics), and on Cloudflare Email Routing to receive messages sent to info@majla.sa and forward them to the site administrator’s Gmail inbox. Data may be transferred to and processed outside the Kingdom depending on where these networks operate.
5. Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed for its purpose and as the regulations require, then delete or anonymise it.
6. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, in line with applicable regulations in the Kingdom, by emailing us at the address above.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is absolutely secure.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the date of the latest update appears at the top of the page. If we add a contact form or any other analytics or tracking tool we will update it before it goes live.
